Canvasland AI Host FAQ

Canvasland AI Host is the product family name for physical systems intended to make AI-enabled workflows accessible at a desk, on a TV, or in a controlled enterprise deployment.

Choose AI Pad for a ready-to-use desk with a camera and microphone, AI TV Box for the simplest TV-connected experience, or AI Server when configuration, performance, security, and deployment control must be reviewed with a team.

Hardware payment is processed by Shopify. Shopify remains the system of record for products, inventory, payment, shipping, refunds, and orders.

The Canvasland gateway at feiniu-ai.cn manages accounts, model pricing, API keys, usage records, and redemption. Only a Token allowance stated explicitly in the Shopify offer is included with a purchase.

A Canvasland account is required to create API keys, review usage, and redeem an eligible Token benefit. Use the same email address as the Shopify order to simplify support and future automation.

The marketing site and Shopify checkout must use the same currency before launch. Always rely on the currency code and total shown at Shopify checkout until this configuration is confirmed.

The public pages describe each product category. The Shopify product page and checkout must state the final processor, memory, storage, accessories, warranty, delivery scope, included software, and Token allowance before ordering.
