This Privacy Policy explains how Canvasland (Canvasland Limited, "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you use the canvasland.tech website, our AI Hosts, AI Token gift cards, our AI Consulting services, and the Canvasland gateway at feiniu-ai.cn (collectively, the "Service").
2. Information We Collect
Account and contact data — name, email address and account credentials you provide on feiniu-ai.cn or during a hardware order;
Order and payment data — order details and payment status processed through Shopify and its payment providers. We do not store full card numbers;
Usage data — API calls, Token usage, model selections, and device telemetry needed to operate and support the Service;
Support and consulting data — information you share when you contact support or engage our consulting team.
3. How We Use Information
To provide, operate, maintain and improve the Service, including provisioning Token credit and issuing API keys;
To process orders, payments, refunds and chargebacks through Shopify;
To route your requests to the third-party AI models you select;
To communicate with you about your account, orders, security and support;
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and policies.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
AI model providers: prompts you submit are transmitted to third-party AI model providers solely to generate the output you request;
Payment provider (Shopify): order and payment data is processed by Shopify and its payment providers as our commerce platform;
Service providers: hosting, infrastructure and support providers that help us operate the Service;
Legal: where required by law or to protect our rights and users.
5. AI Hosts and Device Data
AI Hosts run supported models locally on the device. Where you enable cloud features or sign in to feiniu-ai.cn from a Host, the related usage and account data is handled as described in this policy. You control which model is selected from the device dropdown and what you submit.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Usage logs are retained for a limited period and then deleted or anonymised.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address in Section 10.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under the age required to consent to data processing in their jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
