This policy explains how refunds and chargebacks are handled for purchases made through Canvasland. All hardware and Token gift card purchases are processed through Shopify, our system of record for orders, payments and refunds.
Token credit is virtual digital goods, delivered immediately to your feiniu-ai.cn wallet after payment. Token purchases are therefore final and non-refundable, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Because credit can only be applied to an existing wallet, you must create your feiniu-ai.cn account before you pay; if you pay without an account, contact us so we can resolve it manually.
Hardware refunds are subject to the terms shown at checkout and applicable consumer law. In general:
AI Server deployments are enquiry-first and may be quoted individually. Consulting engagements are governed by the scope and terms agreed with our team; deposits and milestone payments are refundable only as stated in that agreement.
If you believe a charge on your account was unauthorized or erroneous, please contact support@canvasland.top before initiating a dispute with your card issuer; we will investigate promptly. Because Token credit is virtual goods, we do not accept chargebacks as a substitute for our refund process. A chargeback or dispute filed without first contacting us may, at our discretion, result in suspension or termination of your account.
To request a refund, email support@canvasland.top with your Shopify order number and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are issued through Shopify to the original payment method.
